I'll usually reach into the my kids snack of the day usually shaped and flavored graham crackers.Serving size:13 crackers, calories: 130. I will usually eat about 1 serving but no more than 2.
I eat plain almonds which have 150 calories per 28 pieces....they really are yummy and filling.
Quick snack = pretzels (16@ 110 cal)
Sugar snack = animal crackers dipped in pre-made Kraft cheesecake (just a smidgin) (approx 8 crackers w/cheesecake = 120 cal)
Healthy = FiberOne bar peanutbutter (150 cal but 9 g fiber)
100 calorie pack by Nabisco (so many choices) or Slim fast snack bar 80 calories or grapes.
